How to Use the After Hours Drop Off Service

#1: Locate

After Hours Drop Off Service box can be found at our Sunnyside Collision location. Just grab the top of the drop box and pull back lid towards you. Inside you will find a writing utensil and a self-service repair order attached with an envelope. Self-Service Repair Order forms are easy to fill out and only take a few minutes.

#2: Answer

Fill out the top sheet in your packet and complete only the areas that pertain to the service you would like to have completed.

What will I need to fill out?

Please fill out your contact information located at the top of the form (Name, Date, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Make, License #, Home and Office Phone).

How it works

Under the phrase, “Please Service My Car as Below:” your vehicle can receive collision, service and detail work. We strongly encourage you to be present for your free, written estimate. Why? A collision expert can listen your situation and learn what other areas of your car may be damaged. By just sending in your vehicle, it will be very difficult to determine where exactly your vehicle was damaged. Your damages may not be noticeable, or we may be basing the estimate off of previous damage you encountered. This makes it very difficult to complete your estimate. When you are present, a collision expert can take a look at your vehicle with you and show you and explain to you what exactly needs to be repaired. When your estimate is completed, you can ask your collision expert questions and learn how to read your estimate form.

How to use it

The After Hours Night Drop Box offers you the convenience of having your vehicle repaired when you cannot make your scheduled body appointment. On your self-service repair order, under the section “Please Service My Car”, fill in scheduled body repairs with a number you can be reached at. Then, just park your vehicle in an open parking spot in the Sunnyside Collision Center parking lot the day before your scheduled appointment and follow the remaining steps below.

#3: Sign and Seal

Before you sign, please be sure you are familiar with the following notices.

• Sunnyside Collision Repair Center is not responsible for loss or damage to cars or articles left in cars in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control.
• I hereby authorize the repair work to be done along with the necessary material and hereby grant you and/or your employees permission to operate the vehicle herein described on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic’s lien is hereby acknowledged on above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. Dealer not responsible for unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments beyond dealers control.

When you agree to these terms, provide your signature at the bottom. Tear the top sheet with black tinsel paper off for your records. Finally, remove the tape label off the back form to expose adhesive, drop your key into the form envelop and seal it.

#4: Send

Take your completed form with keys inside and place inside the slots located on the service door. You will receive a follow up about your vehicle.
