Because of the Governor's stay-at-home order, we are offering at-home estimates. We will continue to provide you the same services we always have and peace of mind, knowing that we are taking every precaution to make sure your health and the health of our employees comes first. We still want to help you every step of the way and are happy to answer any questions you may have as you complete the steps listed below. Fill out the At-Home Online Estimate form. Complete the form to the best of your ability. When you provide us with detailed information, there is a greater likelihood that your estimate will be accurate.
Using your smart phone or other digital device, take a clear and well-lit photo of your license plate, vehicle identification number (VIN), mileage, the damaged area and each of the angled shots pictured below. This information will help us in our assessment early on, but we won't be able to determine all damage until the vehicle is in our possession. If there are other damaged areas you'd like to report, please include pictures of those as well.

After a Sunnyside Damage Appraiser has reviewed your information and images, you will be contacted at your preferred choice. Our Damage Appraiser will then provide you with the estimated price of repair work1. This would be a good opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the estimation process.
Once it is determined if you are paying out of pocket or going through insurance, we will help you schedule a service appointment. During this service appointment, your car will be repaired with the restorations or fixes that our estimator suggested. Additionally, our I-CAR certified technicians will look for additional damage that may not have been visible in the images you sent and notify you of any changes.
We will clearly communicate all information regarding vehicle drop-off and pick-up. We are doing everything we can to make these processes as contactless as possible in these complicated times, but please take your own personal precautions where you see fit. Lastly, we assure you that before you pick-up your vehicle, it will be sanitized for your safety.
