This Registered Warranty is issued by the Automotive Customer Relations Bureau on behalf of the Sunnyside Collision Repair Shop.
The ACRB or Automotive Customer Relations Bureau is an independent third party consumer protection organization that has been established to report accurate satisfaction data on collision repair facilities.
What Our Warranty Provides You
We take great care to ensure that every repair meets our standards for quality. The labor performed by us is guaranteed against any defect in workmanship for as long as you own your car.
You will receive:
• Limited Lifetime Warranty on metalwork.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty on paint, stripes and decals.
• One Year Limited Lifetime Warranty on mechanical repairs.
• One Year Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts (does not exceed mfg. warranty).
What Is Our Role?
The ACRB acts as a self-regulating mediator in the event a problem cannot be resolved at the shop level. The execution of this warranty remains the responsibility of the Sunnyside Collision Repair Shop. The Sunnyside Collision Repair shop voluntarily subscribes to the services of the ACRB.
